The Supply Chain Planning & Intelligence team is looking for a Supply Chain Visibility Analytics and Database Specialist to help develop and implement digital solutions to achieve our strategic goals and business objectives.

• Support supply chain visibility transformation team to translate global business requirements into technical solutions and execute the development (including cross-functional consensus), user acceptance, adoption & value realization.
• Engage with senior development team to support integration of supply chain data from various systems into a single application to close global supply visibility gaps and develop and implement solutions that will drive adoption of critical systems.
• Enable better and faster decision making by placing emphasis on enhancing operational intelligence through use of advanced data integration, data design solutions, and other emerging data sciences & analytics to remove operational barriers and provide visibility into and across operations, and to improve responsiveness, utilizing an existing web based platform.
• Build expertise in supply chain capabilities to mature into technical strong supply chain talent unlocking value through converging supply chain knowledge with future technologies.
• Collaborate with data teams within the organization and leverage ETL data tools to extract and manipulate data, leading to increase use of the key solutions (SAP)
• Execute development of data integration solutions in partnership with the Digital solutions team and track progress vs original plan, under global governance.
• Data analytics design, prototype development and discussion and alignment with team members and stakeholders
• Visualizations & Analytics - Support Supply Chain metrics and performance reports coordinating with the performance team the development of Dashboards & Metric in Tableau and other analytics/visualization tools
• Establish high degree of supply chain process automation through integration and standardization of processes into a web-based platform.
• Coordinate the roll out of the solutions globally, to all regions and sites that adopt the solutions as well as support groups.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in in a technical field, e.g. Computer science, Software development
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail and troubleshooting aptitude
• Strong analytical skills with a solid ability to understand and solve complex and unique problems
• Strong understanding of development management principles: Agile/ Continuous DevOps / SCRUM
• Proven experience in databases management and BI tools
• Experience with Analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, AWS analytics tools)
• 5 Years proven databases experience and coding languages (SQL in Relational and columnar DB, Stored Procedures, Job Scheduling, Blob DB's, Cloud SaaS, BigData)
• Experience with databases and Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks (e.g. Hibernate)
• Ability to learn new languages and technologies
• Basic understanding of innovations in tools: Inventory modelling / Machine Learning / AI / Simulation / Reporting / Visualization
• Must be fluent in both written and verbally in English.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Undergraduate education in supply chain management, Business Administration, Logistics Management, or Operations Management or equivalent experience.
• Experience in maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures
• Project and software management tools (Jira, GitHub, Confluence, Visual Studio, SSMS, SSIS)
• Beneficial: ERP systems knowledge e.g. SAP (ECC / SNP / PP/DS) will be beneficial.
• Planning and project management skills, including ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and manage against a work plan
• Ability to work with a lot of variables and data and synthesize to drive management decision making
• Strong analytical skills with a solid ability to understand and solve complex and unique problems
• Well-developed interpersonal skills with proven ability to interact and work effectively throughout the organization
• Demonstrated ability implement and achieve significant, complex goals and objectives
• Ability to think from the end-user perspective.
• Good attention to detail while retaining the ability to see the bigger picture
